Chicago detectives have opened an investigation into video purportedly showing a toddler smoking marijuana. In the video, which was first shared on social media, the unidentified child wears a diaper and sits on a chair while putting what appears to be a joint. A person off-camera encourages the kid, saying, "Smoke, man," and "inhale" before asking the boy to pass the smoke to him. Authorities were tipped off to the video by a local community activist.
