Porn Star Takes Army Sergeant to Awards

A sergeant in the Army Reserve won a contest to attend the annual Adult Video News Awards with porn star Mercedes Carrera in Las Vegas, the Army Times reported on Wednesday. Carrera held a contest offering an invitation to the event to a current or former service member. Anthony Berg was the lucky winner. Berg, a unit supply specialist who spent eight years on active duty, was one of about 250 contestants, according to Carrera. She said she selected five finalists and let a few colleagues in the porn industry help decide. Carrera also flew Berg's wife out for the event.
