Demonstrators chained together outside of Oakland Police Department headquarters chanted "Black lives matter" and "Black and breathing" before being cut loose and arrested Monday. The protests began early this morning and included around 250 people and blocked the freeway ramp. Others chained themselves to a pole. At least 20 people were arrested, according to a local reporter on the scene.
