Bubba’s putting on his campaign hat again. After stumping tirelessly in the run-up to midterm elections, the 42nd president will head to Chicago to headline a public event for Rahm Emanuel in his mayoral bid. Emanuel, who served as a senior White House adviser to Clinton from 1993 to 1999, will be using the opportunity to highlight a crime bill he helped push through that put extra police officers on the nation's streets. He was recently cleared from a residency snafu that threatened to undermine his candidacy.
