Harry Reid said he screwed up by voting for the war in Iraq. In a Wednesday interview with the Huffington Post, the Senate Majority Leader says he was “misled” by then-secretary of State Colin Powell. It took “just a matter of a few months” to regret his vote. "I should never have voted for that," he said. “I've spoken out against what was going on, not once, not twice, but lots of times.” But he said President Obama doesn't need further authorization from Congress to act in Iraq. "I think there has been sufficient authorization." Just don't send ground troops, he says. "As far as I'm concerned there shouldn't be a single boot on the ground. There's enough American blood in Iraq that lasts forever."
