With Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney each looking poised to take home 15 of Michigan's 30 delegates, Santorum's team is ready to call the primary a tie. "It's highly likely this is going to end up being a tie, based on the data that we have," Santorum adviser John Brabender said. Brabender also argued that a tie would mean an effective loss for Romney, who was declared the winner last night with a three percentage point lead.
