Star Wars fans, get ready for some amazing news. Scientists have discovered a new planet—the first that can be definitely shown to be orbiting two stars. The planet, which is about 200 light-years away, is officially called Kepler 16b, but it has been nicknamed Tatooine, after the fictional planet in Star Wars, which also had two suns. The planet circles the stars at a distance of roughly 65 million miles. It was previously thought impossible for a planet to orbit two stars, but this discovery has proven that theory wrong.
