Republican Senate hopeful Heather Wilson thinks it's already enough that federal civil rights laws ban discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability and religion. Parents need to teach their kids to be tolerant and to have a thick skin because teasing is inevitable if you're different. She condemned Sen. Al Franken's anti-LGBT bullying legislation, saying it "criminalizes" teasing. The legislation, however, does not "criminalize" anything.
