Seven people had to tread water for 20 hours and were finally rescued after their pleasure boat sank in bad weather over the weekend in the Florida Keys. A 4-year-old girl clung to a cooler box. But one 80-year-old woman is missing and presumed dead, the U.S. Coast Guard said Monday. It's reported that the boaters were not wearing life jackets.
