Heidi Montag

This week, Heidi Montag told Life & Style magazine that she wants to reduce her implants from a G cup to a more natural DD, saying that her current breasts are "crushing" her, and that she feels "trapped in [her] own body." She's not the only star to change her mind.

Pam Anderson

Though her chest has been sometimes synonymous with her image over the years, Pamela Anderson had her original implants removed in 1999, after she divorced Tommy Lee. In 2005, however, she had new, bigger ones put in, saying, "I hated being without them. It was like, 'Where are my pals?' But I could see my feet for the first time in years."

Mariel Hemingway

For a long time, rumors circulated that Mariel Hemingway, the granddaughter of Ernest, had an enlargement in order to portray Dorothy Stratten, a murdered Playmate, in a 1983 film about the pinup. Hemingway cleared up the rumors in her 2003 memoir, Finding My Balance, saying that she'd gotten the implants years before the film, and had them removed years after, once they started to cause health problems.

Demi Moore

Though Demi Moore has never confirmed exactly where on her body she has had plastic surgery, she has said that she's had something done that's "not on my face." She is rumored to have had implants put in to play a dancer in the 1996 movie Striptease, and then had them removed afterward.

Amy Winehouse

In October 2009, the soulful, troubled singer supposedly got implants, but by this spring, she was regretting her decision, even going into the hospital for chest pains that she believed were related to the implants. A family friend told the Sun, "Amy was in agony and became convinced it was something to do with her boobs. She thought she would leave it for a while but the pain got worse. She went into the clinic [in early April 2010] and they kept her under observation." There has been no update on whether she's had what are thought to be Ds removed.

Jenna Jameson

The adult-film star famously had her large implants removed in 2007, claiming that her implants actually made her feel self-conscious. "When I had implants, I felt uncomfortable. I would be shy at the beach. I know it sounds funny, but I'd wear high-necked clothes unless I was at an adult-film convention. So I thought, Why don't I be who I am and get my real ones back?"

Sharon Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne made it very public this spring, in an interview with Matt Lauer, that she will downsize her implants from a DD to, she hopes, a C. She called her implants "awful" and said they'd be better off as paperweights on husband Ozzy Osbourne's desk. The surgery was to have occurred in July.

Kimberly Stewart

The rock star's daughter had her implants put in, and removed, before she even turned 30, supposedly laughing off the brief trial by giving her actual implants to friend Jack Osbourne. Stewart's removal was also health-related—she supposedly suffered a capsular contraction, which is the immune system's attack of a foreign object such as an implant.
