This Facebook Post From Kid Rock Is Weird As Hell
It was the rocker’s response to a protest by the National Action Network’s Detroit chapter.
On Monday, Kid Rock delivered a Facebook post in response to the National Action Network’s Detroit chapter’s protest of his upcoming concerts. The rock musician is scheduled to perform at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit this week. However, after Rock’s use of Confederate flags in past shows and his recent criticism of Colin Kaepernick, the NAN decided to protest against the concerts. This did not please the rock singer. In the post, Rock wrote, “They are trying to use the old confederate [sic] flag BS, etc. to stir the pot, when we all know none of this would be going on if I were not thinking of running for office.” He finished the post with a string of P.S. notes including: “P.P.P.P.P.S. I LOVE BLACK PEOPLE!!”
