A California municipal water district has filed suit against actor Tom Selleck and his wife, Jillie Mack, accusing the actor of repeatedly using public hydrants to load commercial water trucks for personal use in the midst of the state’s historic drought. The Calleguas Municipal Water District alleges that Selleck persisted in his un-neighborly behavior even after being issued cease-and-desist notices.
