Is Russia Running the Show in Greece?,TO GO WITH AFP STORY

A new law goes into effect this week requiring Russians to declare to the authorities if they have the citizenship of another country, a measure that has sparked angst in a state with a long history of repression. Authorities led by Putin said the law was needed because people which are citizens of two countries have divided loyalties.
