As part of The Daily Show’s recurring “Tales From the Trump Archive” segment Thursday evening, the late-night comedy show revealed a peculiar interview from 1994 in which present-day GOP nominee Donald Trump expressed discomfort with the idea of his wife being employed. “I have days where I think it’s great,” Trump told an interviewer of his then-wife Marla Maples working. “And then I have days where if I come home and—you know, I don’t want to sound too much like a chauvinist—but when I come home and dinner’s not ready, I’ll go through the roof, OK?”
