The sister of the two men suspected of committing the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing was arrested Wednesday for allegedly threatening a woman with a bomb. Aliana Tsarnaeva, 24, was charged with aggravated assault for threatening to bomb a New York City woman who is the mother of her husband’s children. According to police, Tsarnaeva allegedly said to the woman over the phone, “I have people who can go up there and put a bomb on you.” Tsarnaeva’s brothers, Dzhokhar and Tamerlan, are suspected as responsible for the Boston Marathon bombing that left three dead and scores injured. At the time of the bombing, she said had not spoken to her brothers in years.
