A terrorist attack in Istanbul killed at least nine Germans and wounded 15 other tourists on Tuesday. Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu blamed ISIS for the attack. The target was the historic Sultanahmet district, which includes the Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia museum, and Blue Mosque. Several foreign offices have issued statements warning their citizens to stay away from public spaces in Istanbul.
