The U.S. government is issuing a new set of guidelines for health workers treating Ebola patients in the next day. The protocols will replace an old version which, for example, says that health providers can have some skin exposed, and will be tweaked to also protect a rapid-response military team beginning training this week. The revisions come after two nurses were infected after treating an Ebola patient in Dallas. "They went by the protocol. They got infected," said National Institutes of Health Director Anthony Fauci on Monday.
