Injured Skiier Nabs Bronze
Slovenia’s Petra Majdic, who injured her back in a training accident Wednesday morning, showed up for the qualifying rounds powered by sheer force of will. She passed the early rounds, collapsing in pain at the finish line, before getting a bronze medal—the country's first—in the final round.
