It's Official: Sarah Palin Resigns
On Sunday, Sarah Palin stepped down as governor of Alaska. She said her immense love for her home state was why she wanted to avoid a lame duck year in office.

Good Morning. Palin may be gone from public office but she will be back. She is cashing in on her celebrity (estimated $20 million over the next year). I would cash in also. She will announce in about a year that she will run for the presidency. Has anyone not figured this out yet? This entire process of her resigning from office for the good of Alaska is transparent. I wish her well. I do hope she runs for president and I do hope the GOP decides that she is their candidate. Then she will or should get the message that she truly is an empty suit/dress. Her run for the presidency will increase her celebrity and the election loss will aid in increasing her speaking fees. She and her family will be set for life. Frankly I believe that the people of Alaska deserve a complete explaination, something more than the BS that she has been giving them since she announced her departure. SHAME, SHAME, Sarah. It is ok to sign up for the money, but have the stones to honest to the people who elected you.

I am a Liberal Democrat currently marooned in the political wasteland of Georgia. Yes I am leaving in a few years.

She has a big problem. She doesn't realize that most people are not
as dumb as she is. What a steaming pile of bullshit. Even if I liked
her I'd be smirking.

She appeals to the dim, who are welcomed at the ballot box by the greedy.
