1. LAY’S Crab Cakes with NAKED Juice/SABRA Hummus Orange Sauce and Pepsi Cola Candied Bacon

1 Pound(s) Jumbo Lump Crab meat

2 Bag(s) - [10 Ounce(s)] Lay's Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips

2 Tablespoon(s) Mayonnaise

1 Whole egg, beaten

1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice

1 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce

1 Teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard

1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Old Bay seasoning

1 Pinch(s) Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 Cup(s) vegetable oil

1 Cup(s) Sabra Classic Hummus

1 Cup(s) Naked orange carrot juice

6 piece(s) Pepsi Candied Bacon (see recipe at http://www.fritolay.com/recipes/recipe/pepsi-cola-candied-bacon)

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire, lemon juice, mustard powder, Old Bay, salt and pepper and mix well.

Clean the crab of excess shells and gently fold into the mixture, then fold in 1 cup of finely crushed Lay's to bind together.

Form into 2 ounce cakes and refrigerate for one hour, then dust with flour, dredge in egg wash and lay in a bowl of Lay's broken into large pieces. Gently add some of the Lay's pieces on the top of the cake. Gently turn the cake over, ensuring a layer of chips on all sides and place on a sheet pan lined with baking paper. Continue until the all cakes are breaded. At this point pick up the chips that have fallen to the side on the pan and place them in any bare areas of the cakes

Refrigerate until ready to cook.

In another mixing bowl or blender, combine the hummus and orange-carrot juice and mix to smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Place the tray of Lay's crusted crab cakes in a 375 degree oven and cook for 15 minutes.

Serve with a pool of the sauce on the plate, two crab cakes on top with a half slice of Pepsi Candied Bacon
