President Barack Obama paid his first visit to an American mosque Wednesday morning, and will address the public following his tour of the worship center and school.
The president's visit to the Islamic Society of Baltimore—which contains a mosque and grade school—comes as Obama attempts to speak out against bigotry, indifference, and religious intolerance. Last week, President Obama became the first sitting president to speak at the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C.
Obama is scheduled to make remarks about his mosque tour at 12:05 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream above, via YouTube.
