Harry Potter can’t always be there when the magic happens: Warner Bros. is suing the maker of “Harry Popper” condoms for copyright infringement. “This is clearly a reference to the film and fictional character of Harry Potter,” a studio lawyer says. “Everyone who sees the condoms automatically thinks of Harry Potter.” The Swiss manufacturer of the condoms, Magic X, insists, “Our product has nothing to do with Harry Potter.”
