Is it only a matter of time? The U.S. and its allies are reportedly planning for the eventual downfall of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. It’s a scenario the White House sees as inevitable, according to participants in a closed-door session Monday who spoke to The Wall Street Journal. Protesters are revving up their demands for Mubarak’s ouster Tuesday with a general strike and a "million-man" march.
