A White House report detailing the number of civilians killed in U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan, Yemen, and Africa over the last seven and a half years was released Friday, showing that the U.S. has killed between 64 and 116 non-combatants in 473 strikes. The report was revealed in tandem with an executive order to increase safeguards for civilians. The Daily Beast first reported on the imminent release and the executive order last week.
