Former WikiLeaks staffers who bolted the website after clashing with Julian Assange are planning to launch a new document-leaking website, according to The Wall Street Journal. Leaders of the project include Daniel Domscheit-Berg, who quit WikiLeaks in September. Domscheit-Berg complained that WikiLeaks was ignoring lower-level leaks while it pursued documents about Afghanistan and Iraq.
