Todd Akin doesn't blame anyone but himself—and maybe the mainstream heads of the Republican Party—for his failed Senate campaign, and if he could, he would totally take back that “legitimate rape” comment. In an interview with a local TV station, the former Missouri congressman talked about what he's been up to since November (changing the oil in his cars and hanging out with his grandchildren, mostly) and whether he’d consider getting back into politics. “It’s one of those things that depends on the circumstances really,” he said. “I don’t rule anything out.”
But he wouldn’t rule out a comeback.
