Don't think we're not still watching you, Australia. Days after Julia Gillard, Australia's first female prime minister, was ousted in a bitter party coup, her replacement, Kevin Rudd, announced a new cabinet that features the largest number of women ever. Rudd described his new cabinet members as "strong, professional, highly experienced and they are there exclusively on their merit."
