First Hillary Clinton, and now Samantha Power’s on Twitter. (Madeleine Albright, you’re next.) Samantha Power, the former national-security adviser and recently appointed U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, officially joined the social network Monday. Her first tweet: “Honored to sit behind a sign that says ‘United States’ and stand up for American values at the UN.” She followed up with a promise to “aggressively push” President Obama’s U.N. agenda, and then she tweeted a photo of Vice President Joe Biden swearing her in.
She is the new U.S. ambassador to the U.N.
