The man who confessed to killing 33-year-old mother Sarai Sierra in Turkey was ordered to get a mental health evaluation on the first day of his trial. Ziya Tasali, 46, denies sexually assaulting Sierra, even though traces of his sperm were found on her after the murder in February. He previously told authorities that he was high when he approached the Staten Island woman, who was on vacation alone, for a kiss and struck her with a brick. His trial is adjourned until November 21.
