For a show whose male stars get lots of attention, The Big Bang Theory is now recognizing the ladies. Stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, who joined the cast as recurring characters in 2010, reportedly received a big salary bump recently: from $20,000–$30,000 per episode to $60,000 per episode. Their pay will also steadily increase every year, so it will likely reach $100,000 per episode by the end of their contracts. Both women have been recognized for their work on the show, with Bialik being nominated for an Emmy this year. The show’s original stars, Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, and Kaley Cuoco, are expected to receive raises from $350,000 an episode to $500,000 when they renegotiate their contracts.
