A Blind Man Sees With Sound

This man has a remarkable ability, and remarkable independence because of it.

Daniel Kish, the president of an organization called World Access for the Blind, lost his sight completely when he was just thirteen months old. In the time since he has mastered the ability to use echolocation - like a bat does - to construct a sonic model of his surroundings, and he's teaching others to do the same.
