David Bowie Is showcases the intricacies behind the life and art of David Bowie throughout his career. The exhibition includes over 60 originally designed performance costumes, photographic contact sheets of records for “Heroes” and “Aladdin Sane.” In addition, original handwritten sheets from famous songs like “Ziggy Stardust,” “Blackout,” and over 400 objects from The David Bowie Archive that depict the trajectory of Bowie’s career from the early days in his teenage years through his last 20 years. This exhibition is organized by Matthew Yokobosky, director of Exhibition Design, Brooklyn Museum.
