The lawyer for V. Stiviano, the woman who secretly recorded Donald Sterling’s infamous remarks, says his client was assaulted in New York City on Sunday night and called racial slurs. “Two white men descended on her” when Stiviano left the Gansevoort Hotel around 7 p.m., said attorney Mac Nehoray. He added “They were about 5’7 and they knew exactly who she was. They began to hit her and called her the N-word.” Stiviano reportedly needed medical attention, but hasn’t decided whether to file a police report. The announcement came after a video of Stiviano’s own racist comments from a reported 2011 reality-TV show pilot leaked, in which she complained “I don’t understand black people. You give them a little bit of money, they don’t know what to do with it.”
