On Thursday afternoon, Lanny Davis, who on Rachel Maddow’s MSNBC show last month said he had left Cohen’s legal team, told The Daily Beast that for the purpose of Cohen’s upcoming public testimony, Davis will “serve again as his legal advisor.”
