President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, has purchased a $6.7 million apartment in New York City in a building that is being developed by two of Trump’s friends, The Wall Street Journal reports. Cohen’s new four-bedroom pad in Tribeca had been on the market for $7.475 million, and includes a “Turkish bath, a private dining room, a 75-foot lap pool,” and a number of other luxurious amenities. The skyscraper is being developed by Howard Lorber, head of New Valley real estate company, and Steve Witkoff, founder of Witkoff real estate company. Both men are reportedly “longtime” friends of the president. Cohen, who is currently under federal investigation, reportedly sold a unit in Trump Tower for $3.3 million, and closed the deal in the new Manhattan development shortly after.
