Tim Tebow hit a home run on the first pitch of his first professional baseball at-bat Wednesday in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The 29-year-old former Heisman Trophy winner and NFL quarterback was signed by the New York Mets earlier this month and made his debut in an instructional league game against St. Louis Cardinals minor-leaguers. On the very first pitch he saw, the 255-pound outfielder bashed a home run to center field.
