Well, we all need something to take the edge off a tough day.

Prince William knocked back a shot of rum on his first official royal engagement since his return from the Australia and New Zealand tour.William—absent Kate and Prince George—arrived by helicopter to Gosport Royal Navy Submarine Museum in Hampshire today.William, 31, wore an inoffensive navy suit and pale blue tie for his tour of the HMS Alliance—the only surviving British World War Two-era submarine which has been restored at a cost of £7million.In a bizarre custom, newly-qualified submariners are presented with their Dolphins badge in a glass of rum, and William was given a badge in the same manner, at the bottom of a glass.

Bottoms up!
