Speculation about the potential for romance between Pippa Middleton and Harry Wales has been irresisitible ever since the two were pictured walking arm in arm out of Westminster Abbey after the royal wedding of their siblings, crackling with chemistry.

Of course, it would be kind of weird if Harry and Pippa got together. Pippa's not into the idea according to her friends and and Harry prefers blondes anyway, but Australian mag Women's Day isn't letting that spoil the fun.

It quotes "a close friend of the fun-loving royal" as saying, “He likes her a lot and is ready for romance now he’s finished his helicopter training.”

Harry, 27, apparently sent a text message to Pippa during his recent Caribbean tour with a link to pictures of himself and a note reading: "See what you’re missing? Xoxo".

Funny, we thought he was Prince Harry, not Gossip Girl.
