Pippa Joins Kate and William As They Mark Big Day at Friend's Wedding

Pippa joins Kate and William at friend's wedding

Pippa joined William and Kate as the Royal couple marked their first wedding anniversary weekend by attending the wedding of a close friend.

The couple and Pippa were guests at the marriage of Kate’s school friend Hannah Gillingham to Robert Carter at St. Andrew's Church in Wingfield, near Stradbroke, in the English county of Suffolk on Saturday.

William carried not one but two umbrellas with which to shelter from the pouring rain gallantly holding one up for his wife, who wore a blue lace dress by Canadian designer Erdem Moralioglu first seen on her visit to Canada last summer.

Pippa wore a hat embroidered with butterflies, by Madeleine Millinery, and a gold sequinned dress.

Kate and William stayed on for lunch the next day, Sunday, the day of their anniversary, before heading back to Wales for a romantic night in. William was due at work on Anglesey today.
