Kate, Harry and William join Queen at formal Jubilee service

The Queen was without Philip by her side as she attended a formal Jubilee service of thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral in London today.

Philip is still in hospital, battling a bladder infection.

In his address, the Archbishop of Canterbury spoke of the 'thoughts and prayers' of the nation beign with Philip.

In his place in the Queen's glass-sided Bentley was the Queen's lady-in-waiting Lady Farnham.
Flag-waving crowds lining the streets cheered and broke into impromptu renditions of God Save The Queen as the monarch passed.

The Duchess of Cambridge looked stunning in a nude lace dress by Alexander McQueen.

Kate wore the dress, with a matching hat by Jane Taylor, a milliner fast becoming a favourite  and nude LK Bennett heels (of course).

It was the third time she has worn an Alexander McQueen piece this weekend.

The Royals are due for lunch at the Palace of Westminster shortly, after which there will be a carriage ride back to Buckingham Palace.

Weather permitting, there will then be an RAF flypast and balcony appearance.
