London mayor Boris Johnson appeared on the David Letterman show, to boast (among other things) of his restoration of hop-on-hop-off buses.
Asked his opinion of New York's soda-size rule, Johnson noted that while he personally was not nearly so thin as Mike Bloomberg, Londoners were not (yet) as fat as New Yorkers. Then he offered this helpful suggestion: "Couldn't you have a rule requiring they put more ice in the drink instead?"
