17:28 Update: Prince William and Prince Harry visited their grandfather Prince Philip in hospital, where he is likely to spend his 91st Birthday.

Buckingham Palace confirmed earlier today that the Duke of Edinburgh may miss his birthday celebrations on Sunday as he continues to be treated for a bladder infection.

The Palace confirmed it is unlikely he will be discharged by Sunday despite repeated assurances this week that Philip is on the mend.
