On Those Two "Animal-Feeders"

Lovely story, eh, about the two convention goers who threw nuts at the black camerawoman.

What do you want to bet the two become celebrated figures on the fringe right? Or maybe not so fringe.

Not too hard to see how it'll work. Eventually they'll give interviews to breitbart.com. Then the Daily Caller will note that they meant no harm, and the Washington Free Beacon will chronicle the abuse the poor dears have suffered at the hands of the liberal media. The Blaze will weigh in, and it's off to the races.

I guess there are a lot of people who still think like that. And yeah, even though I wrote the other day that it's obvious that all Republicans are not racist, I think it's equally obvious that there's a higher indicence of casual, isn't-this-funny racism among Republicans than among Democrats or independents or Kiwanis or Cadillac owners or Game of Thrones fans.
