As many of you are well-aware, I have replaced Noah Kristula-Green (read his wonderful final post here) as the editor of this blog.

I hail from the great state of Nebraska (yes, everyone loves their home state). I did my undergraduate work (will be a degree when I finish an introductory math class -- I write, not add) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln -- and yes, I'm a proud Cornhusker.

This summer, I interned for Matt Lewis at the Daily Caller, which was a wild ride entry into DC political writing.

Per my politics, interests, and other things, these can be found by following me on Twitter, reading me on Tumblr, and surveying my long-form, albeit quiet, Wordpress blog (which also holds the archives for my old Daily Nebraskan articles). And if you'd ever like to suggest a topic for a post, have a rant you'd prefer to keep private, or just need to get in touch, you can email me at jlucasgreen(at)gmail(dot)com.

It is a pleasure to hear from all of you, particularly those commenters who believe I hold a PhD in Propaganda Studies. (I only wish!) This should be a lot of fun.
