Valentino Garavani and Anne Hathaway have long been friends. She wore a dress of his to the Oscars, and recently attended his debut at the New York City Ballet. So it came as no surprise when the designer announced earlier this month that he "did" her wedding dress.
And what a wedding dress it was: Hathaway tied the knot with Adam Schulman on Saturday at a private estate in Big Sur in a sweeping off-the-shoulder tulle dress with a matching tulle headpiece and veil.
The pair reportedly married in front of 180 guests (its unknown whether the designer was among them), and chose a rustic celebration that featured a white and pink theme. Apparently, they spent over $100,000 on the flowers by The Velvet Garden, which "took over a week to create." The pair was also reportedly serenaded by the jazz trio, Americano Social Club.
