Obama Should Have Spent More Time in Court
I'll reserve my comment till tomorrow morning. For now, a lawyer friend writes:
"The president is a terrible debater. He's an academic. He'd have been well served to be a trial lawyer for 10 years. I am having flashbacks of my first hearings and depositions. When you haven't been in the cross-fire of a smart debater, you panic in the moment. Give and take takes practice. He's never had it."
