A huge number of photographers turned out today to capture images of William and Kate's first public appearance since pictures were taken of Kate sunbathing topless, when the young royals opened a new soccer centre with members of the England soccer team.

A bigger test for kate wil come tomorrow when she attends a royal walkabotu with member sof the public - who have a habit of asking impertinent questions - tomorrow. William has cried off because he is attending the funeral of his childhood nanny.
Today it was a different story as dozens of photographers and cameramen assembled to see Kate with the stars of the England team, who had taken time off from World Cup qualifier training, at the $150m new facility, St George's Park, near Birmingham.
Three police helicopters performed a fly past at the opening, athen William and Kate watched the England team train.
William is a big football fan and is expected to make a short speech later welcoming the unveiling of the new facility, which features training grounds, state of the art gyms and even a hotel.
Kate was showcasing a new winter wardrobe, wearing a understated grey coat dress by British high store chain Reiss.
Kate's a fan of coat dresses and itseems this season will be no different; yesterday she wore a burgundy coat dress by Paule Ka.
