Kate's Loyal Cousin David Linley Won't Rent Topless Photos House

'Mad offers' coming in to rent topless photos house

Seems like there really is no such thing as bad publicity.

After the revelation last week that Harry's naked romps in Vegas generated free advertising worth tens of millions of dollars for Sin City, The chateau where Kate Middleton stayed is enjoying the Kate effect, and apparently now being swarmed with customers keen to get a taste of what a royal vacation feels like (although without, presumably, being papped sunbathing topless and having the images published around the world).

The chateau is owned by Princess Margaret’s son David Linley, who has been refusing to accept offers from wealthy tourists to stay at the private house.

'Linley has had mad offers coming  in,' a friend, tells the Daily Mail, 'Kate and  William value him as a cousin and a friend and his refusals to capitalise on the publicity have been noted by the Royal Household. His currency is his silence.'
