Debate Prediction Thread (Except Me!)

I'll be watching tonight of course and tweeting at @mtomasky (which you know you should be following), and I'll have a column posted I hope within an hour of the end.

So this thread is for you. What do you think is going to happen, and what will the consequence be? I am not participating here, except to say that I think Romney will throw out a surprise about his tax plan, and I think Obama will be ready for it. 

I honestly can't remember a more important debate. An incumbent president's hold on his office may well hinge on how he does tonight. Doesn't get much more dramatic than that. Have at it.
