Oh the irony! Pippa Middleton is reportedly planning to follow up her first book, Celebrate, published later this week, with a guide on how to plan the perfect wedding on a tight budget.
Although one imagines that few expenses were spared for the most famous wedding in which Pippa participated, according to the Daily Mail, which is serializing Pippa's party planning book in the UK, she has been signed up for a three-book deal, and the final installment will be dedicated to throwing children’s parties.
"Pippa has wanted to organise weddings ever since she was a little girl,’ a source told the Mail, ‘It’s not something she simply thought about after helping to organise Kate’s wedding — although clearly having such a high- profile wedding under her belt will help with business."
The Mail also claims that although Pippa has refused to do any interviews to promote the book, she will be touring bookshops in the UK and throwing a launch party.
Royal sources say that Kate will not attend as William is on duty as an RAF search and rescue pilot and she does not want to overshadow her sister’s big night.
